Serviced Buffets add that extra special touch to any event as our Chefs & Wait Staff will attend your event to cook and serve your buffet at your home or venue.
Our Serviced Buffets include a Chef and Wait Staff Member (number of staff dependent on number of guests). Our Chefs will prepare and cook your buffet on site and our wait staff will set up the buffet, replenish the food throughout and clean up throughout the event. Following the service of the buffet, the Chefs will clean down the kitchen and wait staff will clean down the the buffet.
We will provide up to a 2 hour time for food service starting from confirmed time of event. For set up timings, please allow us access up to 2 hours prior to your event for set up and up to 1 hour for cleaning down.
Food will be served on crockery serving plates, wooden boards & hot plates. Serving spoons will also be provided. All dishes will be labelled & their allergies provided. We will also provide disposable plates, cutlery & napkins alongside this.
