All our deliveries are carried out by our own drivers and at present we can only deliver to the postcodes listed below. We will require you to enter your postcode and required date at the start of your order to verify whether we can deliver to you and verify the date is available.
Please note we only deliver from Wednesday to Sunday and we require a minimum of 2 days notice. Our cut-off time is 4pm. Delivery times are typically between 11am-5pm. An allocated time slot will be confirmed following your booking/order confirmation. If the desired time slot is unavailable, then we will ensure that the closest delivery time available is allocated.
All arrival times are approximate, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused which are out of our control. We will endeavour to keep a clear line of communication in such circumstances.
If your postcode is not listed but is close to the furthest postcode or if you require a delivery out of hours, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as we may be able to arrange a custom delivery at an additional cost.

All buffets come as a standard drop off service on disposable packaging which is table presentable. Any food that can be reheated will be stated on packaging with cooking times.
For all serviced buffet options please allow us up to 2 hours access prior to your event start time and up to 1 hour following your event for cleaning down.
Cook at Home Boxes / Afternoon Tea
It is your responsibility to check all products at delivery, store these products correctly and cook these at the correct cooking times. We accept no liability for any illness, loss, damage or injury arising as a result of incorrect storage or cooking. In the circumstance that you are unhappy with your cook at home box ie missing ingredients, incorrect box received etc. Please send an email to email@example.com as soon as possible so we can sort the best solution for you. We will deliver all products to the delivery address provided at checkout. If no one is present for delivery, we or our authorised courier company will follow any delivery instructions provided. If no instructions are provided, the order will be left in an area that us or our authorised courier company considers safe.
All food for our cook at home boxes comes sealed and vac packed to keep for freshness and quality purposes, we also supply you with disposable foil trays and cooking instructions. All sides for buffets, cook at home boxes and afternoon teas are offered in addition to our boxes and cannot be bought as stand-alone items. Our afternoon tea comes boxed and ready to eat and must be eaten on the same day.
