At Pizzetta, we have been forever obsessed with the wonders of the Neapolitan pizza. Taking inspiration from my Nonna born and bred in Naples her advice has always been to keep it simple, to use the best ingredients and combine that with time, a lot of patience and love. Having included such influences in our sister company The Farmhouse Essex the farmhouse at home, we wanted to fully focus on our Italian heritage with Pizzetta in the pursuit of a pizza pilgrimage.
